Roast Chicken


1Chicken, whole(3 - 5 Lbs)
Butter
Seasoning Salt
Paprika
Lemon Pepper
Parsley
Assortment of spices of choice

1) Put chicken in roasting pan and take out bag of heart, etc.
2) Put two cups of water in roasting pan to keep chicken from burning to bottom of pan.
3) Baste chicken with a bit of butter and sprinkle spices over chicken. Bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours.
