|1 Cup||Whipped Cream, prepared|
1) Line baked cooled pie shell with 2 cups large, uncooked berries, arrange hulled side down.
2) Make a sauce of the remaining pureed strawberries until thickened with sugar, water, cornstarch and salt.
3) Remove from heat and add butter.
4) Cool and pour over berries in pie shell.
5) Top with whipped cream.
