2 CupsMilk
1/2 CupSugar
2 TspVanilla
4Egg Yolks

1) Bring vanilla and 1 1/2 cups of milk close to a boil.
2) Whisk egg with remaining milk and sugar, add to heated milk.
3) Simmer and whisk until thickened for 15 minutes.
4) Place into custard cups.
