A Most Umptious Trifle


1 CanPineapple and Juice, crushed
1 TspVanilla
1/2 CupWater
1 CupWhipped Cream, prepared
1 PkgLemon Pudding, cooked
1 TbspGelatine
1 PkgJello
1 PkgJelly Cake, small and sliced thinly
1 CupWhipped Cream, prepared

1) Make the jello, place into fancy serving dish and refrigereate.
2) Combine pineapple, water, lemon pudding, gelatine and sugar in saucepan.
3) Bring to a boil.
4) Stir constantly until mixture begins to thicken.
5) Cool 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.
6) Place cake around mixing bowl on top of the ready jello and on the sides of dish.
7) Fold in vanilla and whipped cream to the cream mixture when cooled.
8) Place on top of the cake.
9) Place the rest of the cake on top of pudding mixture.
10) Top with whipped cream.
11) Garnish with berries and mint leaves if desired.
