Buttercream Filling Topping


4Eggs, whisked
3/4 CupSugar
1 CupButter, softened
1 TbspRum
2 SqChocolate, semi-sweet, melted

1) Blend sugar with eggs, cooking over low heat for five minutes.
2) Blend butter until light and fluffy. Add in heated eggs.
3) Transfer one third of egg mixture to small bowl adding rum.
4) Add chocolate to remaining mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
