|1/2 Cup||Water, warm|
|1/4 Cup||Meringue Powder, sifted|
|4 1/2 Cups||Icing Sugar|
1) In bowl, blend water with meringue powder for two minutes. Blend in icing sugar gradually, blending for four minutes. (3/4 cup of raw egg whites)
2) Set aside half of the icing.
3) Pipe icing to decorate.
Tip: For a whiter icing; add in white food coloring; when dried, it will be an off white no matter how white it appears when blending.
Tip: For the icing to dry faster, add in more icing sugar.
