Butter Cream Frosting

1 CupSugar
3 TbspCornstarch
1 CupMilk
1 CupButter

1) In a small saucepan, blend sugar and cornstarch.
2) Add milk, stirring until smooth.
3) Cook over medium heat, until frosting thickens, stirring (approximately 15 minutes)
4) Remove from heat and cover with waxed paper. Cool.
5) Cream butter until fluffy. Add cooled mixture. Beat with electric mixer for 5 minutes for best results.
