Mixed Cheese Fondue


1 TbspButter
1Onion, diced
1/2 CupMilk
2 CupsCheddar Cheese, grated
1 CupSwiss Cheese, grated
1 CupMontery Jack Cheese, grated
1/3 CupWine
1/4 TspGarlic, minced
Bread, cubed

1) Heat the butter and onion for 4 minutes; add milk, cheese, wine and garlic; cook for 6 minutes until cheese melts.
2) Spoon into fondue pot.
3) Garnish with bread and raw vegetables.
