Cheddar or Swiss Cheese Sauce


2 TbspButter
2 TbspFlour
1/4 TspSalt
1 CupMilk
1/2 CupCheddar or Swiss Cheese, grated

1) In double broiler or heavy saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Blend in flour and salt. Cook about 1 minute or until bubbly.
2) Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
3) Add in cheese and stir until smooth.
