Fruit Smoothie


1 CupBerries
1 CupMilk
1 CupYogurt, plain
1/4 TspVanilla
2 TbspHoney
1/4 TspNutmeg

1) Add berries into blender or food processor, blending until smooth.
2) Add milk, yogurt, vanilla, honey and nutmeg, blend until well combined.
3) Pour into four glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired. Drink immediately.
