PEEK FREAN CHEESECAKE  - Aunt Hazel

 

12 digestive biscuits, finely crushed

3 tbsp butter, melter

1  8-oz pkg cream cheese

½ c sugar

1  2-oz pkg dessert topping mix (Dream Whip)

1 c pie filling

¼ tsp almond extract

 

Combine crumbs and butter and line bottom of 9” pie pan

Whip softened cream cheese and sugar until light

Prepare topping mix and fold into cheese mixture

Turn into pie plate

Stir extract into pie filling and spoon over pie mixture

Chill 2 hours
