PORTABELLO MUSHROOMS

Serves 6 as an appetizer

 

6 - 4" portabello mushrooms

10 oz. boursin cheese

1 cups blended oil

1 tsp salt

2 tsp pepper

1 tbsp garlic, crushed & chopped

Remove stems and wash mushrooms. Combine the oil, salt, pepper and garlic.

Marinate the mushrooms bottom side down for min. 12 hrs/max 36 hrs.

Remove from marinade and bake in 400 oven till soft in the middle (8-10 min)

Top with boursin cheese and place in oven till cheese is lightly golden (5 min)

Remove and cut each mushroom into 4 sections and serve immediately.
