8 pieces mini pita's
non stick cooking oil
1/2 cup tomatoe-pasta sauce
toppings: turkey link sausages, artichoke hearts, small
tomatoes, mushrooms, olives (black or green), sun-dried tomatoe,
ham, pineapple, pepperoni, chopped onion, etc.
You can use if you have them fresh basil or other fresh
spices too.
Preheat oven to 500.
Coat baking sheets with the oil.
Spread sauce on rounds if you wish to - or just use any of the
above ingredients
Add toppings and sprinkle with cheese
Bake approx. 8 min or until crusts are browned and cheese
melting.
Cool slightly and serve warm.
