CRISPY GARLIC
POTATOES - Serves

4 large
potatoes
¼ c
butter
1 small
garlic clove, crushed
½ tsp
whole rosemary, crumbled
Generous
pinch of salt and pepper
Preheat
oven to 450
Peel
potatoes and thinly slice
Pat dry
with paper towel and place in large bowl
Melt
butter in med. Saucepan. Add garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper. Saute for
approx. 5 min to develop garlic flavour
Pour
butter garlic over potatoes and gently toss till coated.
Butter a
10” pie plate or quiche pan. Overlap butterypotatoes on pie plate to form 2-3
layers. Drizzle with any leftover butter in bowl.
Bake 30 min or until cooked and crispy brown on top.
