CHEX MIX from Alisson
Chex Mix...
2 small boxes crispix cereal
2 cups slivered almonds
2 cups pecan halves
1 cup melted butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Combine first 3 ingredients in large roaster sprayed with cooking spray, set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan.
Stirring constantly, bring to a boil for 1 minute.
Drizzle over cereal mixture, being sure to coat all.
Bake at 200 for 1 hour, stirring every minutes.
Spread on cookie sheets until cool.
