SPICY BROCCOLINI
(Broccolini - a combination broccoli and cauliflower is a favourite of mine!)
Serves 12
2 lbs broccolini, trimmed
1 orange bell pepper, cut into 1/4" strips
3 radishes, diced
2 tbsp light butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp curry seasoning blend
2 lemons, thinly sliced
Steam broccolini 5 min. Plunge into ice-water. Drain.
In skillet, saute peppers and radishes in butter 3 minutes.
Stir in flour and seasoning blend.
Add broccolini and cook 2 min or until heated through.
Season with salt & pepper if desired and serve.
