Dee's Artichoke Dip (a favourite of mine!)
Ingredients:
1 (15 oz.) can plain artichoke hearts, drained
1 C. mayonnaise
(or yogurt)
1 C. grated Parmesan cheese (or asiago cheese, shredded)
1 tsp. minced garlic (3-5 cloves)
Preparation:
Blend artichokes in a blender until smooth. Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese
and garlic to artichoke mixture.
Mix well. Warm in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly
browned.
OR
Microwave until hot and serve with french bread.
