Dee's Artichoke Dip (a favourite of mine!)

Notes:
This is a simple way to make artichoke dip with stuff you will readily have on hand.

Ingredients:
1 (15 oz.) can plain artichoke hearts, drained
1 C. mayonnaise
  (or yogurt)
1 C. grated Parmesan cheese  (or asiago cheese, shredded)
1 tsp. minced garlic (3-5 cloves)

Preparation:
Blend artichokes in a blender until smooth. Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic to artichoke mixture.
Mix well. Warm in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.

OR

Microwave until hot and serve with french bread.

What you need:

What you do:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese and mix well.
  3. Spread mixture in an 8” x 8” baking/serving dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  4. Serve with crackers
