RAINBOW RIDGE The above is a very special place where all my ridgebacks get a new lease of life, free from pain and run free forever and never grow old. This is where I like to believe my ridgebacks that have crossed over are enjoying meeting up with each other and will be together forever Tyandroma Ganech Hera aka 'CHE' 2-9-97 - 29-2-09 Che was a wonderful companion to Mel and her family and it is with a very heavy heart to learn of her passing away. I would personally like to send my sincere condolences and thank you to Mel and family for giving Che a wonderful life. You can clearly see she was loved by all of you. Rest in Peace sweet Che you are now re-united with your Mum Echo at Rainbow Ridge "SARAN" 8.7.05 - 12-01-09 Saran was a beautiful girl whose first home did not turn out and was rehomed with Linda & Mark and her constant companion ROSSI (a golden retriever)Sadly Linda rang with the aweful news that Saran had passed away overnight and would like to think she is now playing at rainbow ridge with all her playmates that have gone before her. I would like to thank Linda and Mark for taking excellent care of Saran and giving her the best home even if it was for a shorter time than was expected. Saran has the most wonderful nature and fitted into family life with Linda and Mark very quickly. It is always hard to lose a faithful companion and my sincere condolences go to Linda and Mark and Rossi at this sad time. TYANDROMA CHARLIS LOKI 19.2.96 - 14.10.06 Loki was our very first ridgeback and will always have a place in our hearts, as an introduction to the breed we could not have asked for a more sweeter, gentle boy than Loki. He will now be with his sister Echo forever. Sadly Linda is heartbroken at the tragic loss of Sphynx who passed away due to an accident on the 17th February 2006 at the young age of just over two years old. At least they are not alone and have gone to the rainbow bridge together where life is never ending. Rest In Peace our two sweet little Angels you were with us for such a short time but you touched the hearts of us all. I STOOD BY YOUR BED LAST NIGHT I stood by your bed last night, I came to have a peep. I could see that you were crying, You found it hard to sleep. I whined to you softly as you brushed away a tear, "It's me, I haven't left you, I'm well, I'm fine, I'm here." I was close to you at breakfast, I watched you pour the tea, You were thinking of the many times, your hands reached down to me. I was with you at the shops today, Your arms were getting sore. I longed to take your parcels, I wish I could do more. I was with you at my grave today, You tend it with such care. I want to reassure you, that I'm not lying there. I walked with you towards the house, as you fumbled for your key I gently put my paw on you, I smiled and said "it's me" You looked so very tired, and sank into a chair. I tried so hard to let you know, that I was standing there. It's possible for me, to be so near you everyday. To say to you with certainty, " I never went away" You sat there very quietly, then smiled, I think you knew... in the stillness of that evening, I was very close to you. The day is over...I smile and watch you yawning and say "goodnight, God bless, I'II see you in the morning" And when the time is right for you to cross the brief divide, I'II rush across to greet you and we'll stand, side by side. I have so many things to show you, there is so much for you to see. Be patient, live your journey out...then come home to be with me. Email: londoloza@hotmail.com
