Put your back foot on the kick straight facing the toeside of the board and your front foot with only the balls of your feet(just near your toes) in the middle of the board. Kick the tail and slide the front foot toward the nose. (at same time) bring backfoot to about the back screws and land front wheels first then back wheels. |

Its justs like a ollie but when your going up kick your front foot down and back off the heelside(the side your heels are on) of the board and pull it back before it hits the ground. Now try to land it. |
