Latest Synch: Memento Theory. This has grown to be one of my favourite synchs. In fact, if you check out my new Top 10 List, you'll see it makes it onto thre at a surprisingly high number...A Note On The Midi: Requiem for a Dream is one of my favourite movies, partially due because of the Clint Mansell/Kronos Quartet film score. I respect both Clint and the Quartet (they are AMAZING!) and, one day, bored and tinkering on the piano, I figured out the music for the score. The midi is of the track "Summer Overture". I took the time to write out the whole thing (not easy) and here it is. I also made a midi of Lux Aeterna but that's not uploaded yet!
I'm sure that many of you have tried Pink Floyd's Darkside of the Moon to The Wizard of
Oz. But did you know that other artists and movies go hand in hand? Or how about even
putting a music video on mute and playing a CD to it? Here, this web site will explore and
document some synchronicity experiments my friends and I have tried out, as well as talking
about the Darkside of the Moon.
The lates additions, as stated above, are The Memento Theory and The Top 10 Synchs. I'm trying to give the site a boost since no one ever visits it..
Definitions of each section:
STRICT SYNCHS:
Start the album, start the film. Typical synchs.
MANIPULATE THE SYNCHS:
Requires some more work on your part. Maybe skipping a track, 2 albums instead of one, etc.
MOOD SYNCHS:
These are synchronicities with no lyrical relations with the film, it's more of an atmospheric,
emotional synchronicity more than anything else.
MUSIC VIDEO SYNCHS:
Synchronicities with music videos instead of a film.

Download some synchronicities onto your hard drive!
