Channel: 18 Times: Monday 11:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Tuesday 5:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
1/23/01: The Public Utilities Commission has relocated to 89 Jefferson Boulevard, Warwick, R.I. All future Indeck Hearings will now be heard at this new location. The next Indeck hearings will be heard on 1/25, 1/26, 1/30 ,2/2, 2/16, and 2/23 2001, from 9-4.
11/13/00: Burrillville has rejected a state board's offer to conduct a public meeting regarding the proposed Indeck power plant, complaining that the session would have been merely a "courtesy" and not legally binding.
