The Gunblade is a combination of a sword and an LR-20 Laser Rifle down the back, of the shaft of the blade.
The Gunblade has a battery pack stuffed in the handle giving it the power to be on for 5 hours straight without repowering, also two e-clips are on each side of the bottom of the blade.

Mega Damage:(cads on) Slash- 4D6 M.D., Stab- 2D8 M.D., Power Slash- 6D8 M.D. (counts as 2 attacks), (cads off) have same stats as when on but in sdc damage
Number of attacks per melee: equal to combined hand to hand attacks
Payload: 5 hours of use but requires being re-charged in an outlet afterwards
This is a Lightened and strengthened version of the original LR-20
Primary purpose: Assault
Secondary purpose: Hand To Hand Support
Range:2,000 ft.
Mega Damage:3D6 M.D. at 1,000-2,000 ft. 4D6 at 999 ft. and less
Attacks per melee: equal to combined hand to hand attacks
Payload: 20 blasts per e-clip
