I was born June 24, 1970 here in Rhode Island. I have lived in RI all my life, it's always been a place I call home. Since my teenage years there was a lot of illness between my Mom and my Grandparents. They came first in my life. So I've never been married. I don't have any children. I am plus-size. I live with my Mom who means the world to me. We have a Shih-tzu named Mandy, she is 15 yrs old. We had a Yellow Lab named Lexi. She had been ill during the summer of 2009. She developed a very rare type of fast spreading skin cancer. Her journey ended when we had to say good bye on November 9, 2009. I love you, Lexi girl. You will forever remain in my heart.

After graduating High School in 1988, I attended Hairdressing School for 3yrs. I received my hairdressing license in 1991. My last Hairdressing job was for 12 yrs up until June 2003. Mostly due to my profession, I developed chronic back pain, a few other ailments, such as frequent headaches. I've been under my Dr's care regularly. I've been unable to work. I still keep up with my license, but I no longer drive. I don't feel comfortable driving, due to my ailments and side effects from some meds. I admit life has been quite a struggle in many ways and I am not one to complain. Each passing day is a blessing to me.

I do have many special qualities to offer, where I hope someday, someone will appreciate. I'm a very honest, trusting, caring, loving person. I want to be liked and loved for who I am. Not to be judged, as I am not one to judge. I am not a game player nor do I like to be played or lied to, especially online. I like to be able to laugh, smile and have fun. I have a good sense of humor. I'm also a good hearted woman who has a lot of love to give. I love being romantic. I am a touchy, feely type woman. I enjoy holding hands, hugging ect. At the appropriate time, I also enjoy being sexy and sensual in a classy like way.

CANCER - The Protector (June 21 - July 22) Moody, emotional. May be shy. Very loving and caring. Pretty or handsome. Excellent partners for life. Protective. Inventive And imaginative. Cautious. Touchy-feely kind of person. Needs love From others. Easily hurt, but sympathetic.

Webtv is one of my hobbies. I have had mine since August 1998. I've made some wonderful friends that have always kept in touch with me through the good and the not so good times over the years. These friends are my second family. I love them dearly.

I've always enjoyed making my own email signatures and webpages as well. In 2003 I discovered the Image & Tag NewsGroups, where I have learned a variety of things to do with imaging. Also, I have made some special, caring friends in various discuss groups, where I sometimes post in.

Even though I am unable to work, due to my health issues, I don't let it get me down. I know most of the time, I overdo and push myself to get things done or else they won't get done. I am still young and want to be happy and have fun.

I enjoy the following hobbies. I love being outside, working outside. Gardening is one of my favorite hobbies. I enjoy both Vegetable and Flower gardens. Each year my Mom and I plant a variety of tomatoes, cherry tomatoes. various types of lettuce, cucumbers, peppers, eggplant, basil, parsley. In the winter months I enjoy growing seeds indoors

It has been awhile, but I truly enjoy going places and having fun, with that special guy or special friend. I love a nice romantic walk on the beach. Going to the casinos once in awhile is something I enjoy too, but has been quite awhile since I have been. I enjoy the simple pleasures in life, it doesn't have to be extravagant to have a nice, fun time. In my opinion, anywhere can be fun as long as your with that special someone.

I absolutely love scented candles. Yankee Candle is my favorite. I like to bake at times, make homemade pizza, calzones, some other foods. I also am a dog lover. I enjoy various types of music. Such as Pop, r & b, 80's, soft rock, rock, Country Pop, Disco, Oldies. Pretty much anything except for extreme rap or heavy metal.

Some tv shows I enjoy are: Hawaii Five-O, Greys Anatomy, Private Practice, Burn Notice, Rookie Blue, Blue Bloods, Days of our Lives, American Idol, America's Got Talent.
