Teen (ages 13 to 17, single, never married)

Miss (Ages 18 to 26, single, never married)

Ms (ages 26 and up, single or divorced)

Mrs (ages 21 and up, married for at least two years)

To Enter

Please send the following:

Headshot photo (not to be judged)

List of Achievements (from as far back as you like)

Current Resume (including volunteer work and hours)

ANSWER THE FOLLOWING ESSAY QUESTIONS:

1. What is the difference between "Community Service" and "Appearances"? Which do you think is most important?

2. If you were a mentor to a young woman, what would you teach her? What is most important?

Please compose a 500 word essay on... "TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCATION, TODAY AND IN THE FUTURE"

Please arrange neatly in a three ring binder

Enclose photocopies of your awards, as originals can sometimes be lost in the mail

You may enclose photographs of your community service activities

WE WILL BEGIN ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR STATES 2001 ON JANUARY 25, 2001.

ENTRY FEE FOR STATE LEVEL IS $35 . ENTRY FEE FOR NATIONAL LEVEL, IF CHOSEN AS A STATE DELEGATE IS $75 All entry fees must be paid before competition begins.
