Rules

Women who are chosen as delegates for "The Outstanding Women in America Pageant", are of the highest moral character. They are outstanding in many fields. They are community leaders who represent themselves and their communities with excitement and pride. It is expected of all applicants to be honest and forthcoming at all times. At no time will delegates tarnish the name of "Outstanding Women in America", and continue to hold their title. This behavior includes immoral behavior and acts which will bring a negative tone to the pageant. This includes behavior before and after the pageant. The "Outstanding Women in America Pageant" reserves the right to strip any title from any delegate or national winner who shows behavior unbecoming to an "Outstanding Women in America Pageant" winner.
