SELLING INFINITY IN YOUR STORES

This was very successful in 99, but we didn't have time to do it last year. We have paper sailboats that patrons can purchase for $1.00 or more donations ,which they can sign or put a message on, to be displayed in the store for several weeks. All cash contributions are converted to a money order and sent to the Leukemia Society in the stores name. If you are a store owner/manager or know of a store that may be interested in this program please call or email us and we'll provide more info. We also have contribution boxes to leave in stores if you'd rather just do that.

Buy an AD in the 2001 Leukemia Cup Program

Advertise your business. Dedicate a page to a loved one. Or just wish us luck. I'll even help you get the camera-ready copy together if you need it. Prices range from business card size to full pages. Do it through us and the contribution goes towards Infinity's fund raising total. Warning, the cover pages and the two page center-spread will go quickly.

ADVERTISE YOUR BUSINESS ON OUR HULL

For $250/square foot ($500 minimum) we will display a vinyl decal, supplied by you, on our hull throughout the "2001" boating season. Our boat is moored just off the state piers in Brenton Cove, Newport in a fairly high traffic area. The Block Island Ferry and most of the tour boats pass right by us as well as all the regatta boats that launch from Fort Adams. Early birds get to pick your hull location and get the longest exposure. We'll even give you a colored print of INFINITY with your ad, thanking you for your participation, that you can proudly display in your place business

FLY YOUR BANNER ON INFINITY IN THE REGATTA

This is a new idea we got from another regatta chapter recently. The idea is, that for multiples of $100 donations we will make a colorful burgee (pendent or banner for you non-sailors) with your name or logo on it saying that you supported us in Newport's Leukemia Cup Regatta. We will display all the burgees on Infinity's flag lines, backstays, etc, throughout the race then present them to the contributors along with a picture of INFINTY flying them. The burgee can then be proudly displayed on the wall of your office or business. The guy that gave us this idea says he has many repeat contributors that have their office walls decorated with a line of all the burgees from previous years. An added caveat is that each flag has one or more stars on them indicating multiples of $100. Once I get a sample made up I'll insert a picture here to show you what I'm talking about.

What else

I'm open for suggestions. Need someone to climb your mast? Give you and your friends a sailing harbor tour? Empty your trash? I'm open for any suggestions of what we can do to get your money for this great cause.
