Welcome to Hunting Ridge Rhodesian Ridgebacks, AUSTRALIA.
Established in 1985 we have been very selective & meticulous in our breeding programme, striving to produce & maintain true breed type, sound functional Rhodesian Ridgebacks with an emphasis on excellent temperaments.
We are based in the Newcastle region, heart of the Hunter Valley, New South Wales, Australia, famous for its beaches and vineyards and is located north of Sydney.
Several of our dogs & progeny have made a significant contribution to the breed in Australia and overseas.
We are proud and very honoured that many of our Ridgies have been selected as breed representatives or featured in many prominant breed books worldwide, Australian
high-profile Publications, Breed merchandise and television productions.
Our selectively bred puppies are raised with children in a loving family environment
and well socialised providing a basis of a very special companion. We offer a health guarantee as well as lifetime breeder support.
Whilst our dogs can boast highly successful show careers (2 Grand Champion, 21
champions) and their versatility with Endurance Title, racing (2 with racing titles) plus multiple Best in Show winners, they are always first and foremost our lifelong, loving, faithful Family companions.
