My Heroin Addict of a Page

Putting the Damage On Hey to all those bored enough to scope out my pathetic little page...This is actually becoming the product of a very underwhelming Thursday afternoon, when all my friends are either working seemingly innumerable hours for those meager summer-job wages, or doing something exciting without me. I'm hoping most aren't picking up their phone because of the former, but anyway...I would like to make it clear as to why i chose this title for my homepage. Well, no, it's not some self-reference, as in, i'm not a junkie, i've never even SEEN heroin (well, i mean, we've all watched Trainspotting...but i haven't actually been within the presense of it...geeze, i'm sure you get the picture.) The title just basically refers to the state of this site, it being my first try at advanced technology ever...it's kinda sad, frail, and in need of some love. Hopefully, with the help of my garth brooks adoring, general hospital watching pal, carly, i'll be able to get MAD good at this stuff. Well, do make sure to enjoy the skeletal build of it so far... ~meg
