BMX HEALTH:
The place to go for tips about riding, gates, healthy eating, etc. Well, the weather is getting warmer and its time to see who else besides me ate too much over the winter. This months musical pick: Blink 182. If you are into spinning, hop on a bike and put in "The Best of The Gypsy Kings" This Latin guitar flavor will keep you riding for a great workout including pause, sprints and climbs. This months book selection: Well, it is Easter season. It wont hurt to pick up the Good Book once in a while if thats your following. Pick a passage, read it, reflect on it. It could be a great experience.

THE BIG NEWS RIGHT NOW IS THAT JOHNSTON HAS CLOSED. THERE IS NO PLACE TO RACE IN THE STATE NOW. THE LAND HAS BEEN SOLD. IF ANYONE KNOWS OF A PLACE WE CAN BUILD A NEW TRACK EITHER E-MAIL ME OR CALL ANTHONY OR SHARON. In the meantime I will keep us posted on the schdules for Mass and Conn. Factory Hoffman's own Kevin Robinson lives here in Rhode Island and runs an indoor ramp park.
