I was online today (2/27/01) and was looking for a good prosperity spell, because I don't have time to prepare one myself. I noticed something I am ashamed of... Witches who are more concerned with money than with the well being of the Craft!! Every site I visited (at least a dozen) offered spells, spell kits, spell books, and every ingredient you could ever think of, for a small fee! I could not find help anywhere on the web without the help of my credit card. I'm sure if you look around you'll see what I mean. I think this is against our beliefs. We are supposed to help each other and expect nothing in return. I can understand businesses making an online market for Pagans and Wiccans, however I saw many personal websites that were also part of this disgrace. I beg all of my fellow Pagans and Wiccans to please not support this horror! And if you are one of these BusinessWiccans reading now, please think of what you're doing to our faith.
