in response to the officers request that I have a mental assement I feel the officer has doubt in his own mental stability and as such I advise he should seek mental counseling he aslo omited my statements and added false informtion to his report which questions his fitness for duty.

while being inprisoned the officers who refused to provide information should there identieis be known be repremanded and an investigation into police conduct regarding detainies requests within their legal rights be examined at the bare minimun on that site if internal affairs is not yet looking into should they have been reported. as a continuation a policy enforcement on the regional police as to provide information when requested such as informing individuals of reasons not being able to make calls or better instructing them as to who they can call instead of just leaving ( I didn't get my phonecall I wasn't given the information of who I was able to call and who I was not able to call, I wasn't advised I could seek legal counsel when they asked me if I had a lawyer to call I said "none that I would call" they didn't provide me with the information that I could obtain duty counsel.

They failed to provide me my information.. the report says I refused however they were not forthcoming with providing me the details I needed to make an assesment of the course of action.

After they told me my rights the second time this time with a little more comprehension from when after they dragged me out of the store they told me I had the right to remain silent.. when they asked if I understood I said "I can understand as much as i can " they then asked me if I had any questions I asked "Do you expect and answer?" They then left me without answering my question or providing me any of the details

clean cell facilities. that is every cell which is hold someone must sanitized prior.

(the cell was noticably hours after when I started to regain my eyesight unclean there was a large white splotch above the sink area and the general idea of the toilet area was one which was not kept in sanitary condition. After my bedrole was taken away from me for putting it over my head while trying to block the light and deaden the toilet flushes and chyme fm such as bett midler music that was being played the bedrole was taken away from me at that point leaving me with a blanket with pepperspray on it due to the oils from my hair that had by that time gone onto my body. the stone slab had hair which appeared to be pubic hair or asian style the stone was coated in a sticky substance leaving me to belive it had not been cleaned in some time I was naked against the stone slab by this point so my body stuck to the stone and the sound of ripping skin due to the level of stickyness whenever I moved.)

provision of clothing available to individuals should there clothing be damaged or removed and/or better cell heating as to make it comfortable rather then cold for naked prisoners. (after they threatened to cut my pants because they had a string i took them off my pants leaving me with my boxers socks and my fleece I had no under shirt on at the time. my socks were wet when they made contact with the dripping watter and pepperspray that formed on the ground of the cell when I was initially brought into it and was leaning over doing a mix of screaming and meditative ohming. I took off my fleece to use as a pillow and it was partially wet very mildly My underware was wet after the cop told me that he was going to preform a search in the cell I was still blind at that point I took off my underware however since the floor was wet my underware got wet with the same mixture as my socks which was water and pepperspray so I did not want to expose my pubic area to that mixture since I was still in pain at this time with my skin burning it was not a desirable feeling for my pubic area so I opted to use the blanket although after the bedroll was taken I was laying on the stone with the blanket covering my body from the cold air due to the pepperspray I didn't feel cold however my body was cold showing signs of goose bumps latter when my eyesight was regained)



the ability to turn off cell lights... sound proofingor ability to turn off forced media content would also be nice or the allowance for people being held without sleep to have a location that they can rest as toilet flushes tend to keep you awake.

the option of pain killers when person being in holding is suffering from extreme physical pain

my first words to the officer after he grabed my wrist were "you are hurting me" my first words after being peppersprayed were "I am in pain" my first words after the cuffs had been put on were "the cuffs are extremely tight" which after that point it felt like they were tightened I am not certain if they were tightened however since I was blind and it was behind my back. After being placed in the car I began to choke and my sinuses were flooded I had fluids coming from my mouth and nose I was in argubly the most pain I have ever been in my life I was gagging and choking I had no control of my resperation my hands were in an akward position with constricted blood flow I was not able to have any thought although I felt as though being tortured I screamed "I can't breath I can't breath" after around a couple minutes between two and five is my estimate the officer entered the cruiser at which point I immediately requested medical attention. The officer said something along the lines of "you'll survive " I then semi passed out the windows in the cruiser appeared to be opened at that time which put cold air on contact with the deadening spray and reinititated the pain bringing it back to a sense. When I got to the station the cops walked me out of the garage as it sounded like and into what latter appeared to be the holding area when I was released. They told me that there was a fountain although I was blind at the time they left me standing for a little bit I was noticably upset saying "this is inhumane" they uncuffed me at that point and they said the station was a infront of me however I was blinded and unable to abstract environment at some point i took my jacket off and used it to whipe my face I walked forward hesitantly and found the station at some level I recognized it as an emergnecy eye fountain that I had used in a welding class and science classes in highschool my eyes wouldn't open however I have nails so opening my eyes with my fingers can be and issue however i attempted to do so however the water making contact with my hair and the oils that trapped the CO/pepper spray ran down from my hair into the eyes that I had just opened up.. instead of releiveing any pain it increased the pain

I screamed in agony several times then got weak and colapsed to the ground where I screamed in agony.

. The officer said prior it would help stating that he had been sprayed four times. This destroyed my trust more then it had already been damaged since it prooved as a lie since it did not help it increased the pain which was a fixation at the point..

I said your the same person who sprayed me. The rationalization is if this person is willing to peppersray someone who is non agressive then they are either programmed or inhumane. They told me to use the fountain again although I said it increased the pain.. "how do I know that isn't pepperspray" although not very likely it did feel like it was more pepperspray since I didn't have eyesight the only sense I was aware of were my physical senses although I was hearing. From when I lost control of my breathing I never regained it until hours latter.

I mildly regained my sense again which I then stood up

"I said I swallowed some of the stuff and may have breathed it in"

I asked for something to whipe my face with since it was streaming with water/pepperspray oils and sinus fluid however I was wipping from my chin area the female officer was sawing whipe up so you dont get any in your eyes.. however since I was whipping from my chin it was instead whipping it up into my eye area... after between 10-30 seconds I relized that I was whipping my chin and if i was to whipe up to avoid getting the fluid in my eyes I would need to whipe from my forehead.. the papper towle removed some of the fluids however it didn't get rid of them entirely ...

In my opinion due to the level of pain pepperspray causes fast acting painkillers should be offered as soon as posible if someone is in noticble pain pain killers should be offered..

acceptng requests for medical aid when requested. I screamed I can breath atleast two times with no attention potentially three or four I specifically asked for medical attention and was denied with the words "you'll survive" If someone requests medical attention who in custody it should be provided not only to insure that they are healthy but to collect any evidence of mistreatment while in custody.

provision of a lawyer by the government should no lawyer be apointed as to oversee the case from a legal perspective by default. I said "I don't know any lawyers none i would call anyway" they did not provide me with any information about potential legal counsel duty counsel at the time it was not until my release that I was informed that I coudl seek duty counsel not until doing my own law research did I understand the requirements of a lawful arrest and lawful custody which I feel was breached.

For past damages. All these are items which I feel I am owed by the crown for its past damages which led up to the event.

a noterized proof of identity and faciltation of required social identification that being canadian birth certificate, ontario health card, ontario byid card and/or license testing for canadian passport as to allow movement out of canada and another other identifcation that merits status that are required in canada ontario and the region as they are available. and the ability to open a bank account within canada I was turned down id because I do not know any professionals essentially all ID that I tried to aqquire requires payments since i have not been employed for several years I do not have any extra money which could go to this note I was turned down social assistance by social services so I had no money whatsoever given to me for life survival either from an employer or the government which to me took away my ability to be treated equally in society. I feel that ID if required for any part of the law should be provided free of charge to ensure equality in society and take away the finacial aspect of society that is payment for rights there should be no payment for rights in the laws of society. With fees for rights it means that society as a whole is created by who can pay for rights that is not an equal society and the law should not treat people on a different basis depending on how much money they have. Although perhaps cultural it is not justice. No laws that require items which must be payed for should be passed and any laws which require items those items should be provided without discriminating to any segment of society. Note I contacted the canadian government about id when i was seeing about opening a bank account since I didn't have the required id I couldn't open a bank account when I enquired if I could obtain any id without having to pay fees I was informed that I had to pay to get proof of my identity. My health card and birth certificate were latter misplaced when the people I was forced to live with due to social services decision in refusing me admitance to their program because "I did not earn enough money" against my wishes she declared me a dependant and socially I was to stay with my parents and that I would not be admited to the program. She reduced it to money to me it was about working with society without being selfish. My parent contrary to my wishes moved me from the basement to a small room upstairs when they were moving my belongings without my permision and with my protest my id was lost presumed trashed or confiscated. Disrespect like this happens on a semi regular basis to me with no regard for my individuality however unless I go homeless I have no choice but to endure this unless I am to place myself in a frozen land that is industiralized to me this does not seem like a rational choice. Finding employment may be another option although due to the school incident and the employment canada incident both my education and my employment were shutdown.

I mailed in the form and my photo and the payment using a stamp to the LCBO... my request was turned down. Essentially ID requires money or connection to professionals genreally meaning the general public is not trusted while others have special status in society to me this is complete unequal treatment and to have antitrust in a society as a basis creates a disciminating class based society. If my address is the same as my other records and they are mailing me ID how is that not proof enough proof of residence . Note that if government computer system were cross linked with needed information sections for various deparments then these issues woudln't exist. For instance health card Photo if referanced in a database could be made available for cross checks etc.. Simply put I feel that due to discrimination and an antitrust frame work based upon financial "acceptablity" is implace in the beaurcracy. To me this creates a corrupt society and should not be acceptable.

$10 for costs previous photo costs for id that was not delivered I've taken two sets of id photo in the last 4 or so years the second set was for my BYID card Note that I have been under prohabition for several years now due to not having ID in which to purchase alchohol. I do not see how prohabition is a fair choice where some segments of society can purchase alchohol while others cannot even more so when they are the same age. It is complete discrimination.

Lied to a 911 dispatch officer 3. Stated that she would like me imprisoned 4. Assualted me 5. Lied in the police report. Although I do not feel overtly threatened by this girl or anyone else for that matter I feel it would be best if for some duration this girl does not come into contact with me until a time where she is mature enough not to create incidences in which either one of us may come into harm.

change of education ministry policy as to have the exemption from standing for the national anthem in writting regardless of physical fitness and no repercussions or differential treatment( threats of suspension or other negatively repercusive actions) of those who do not stand nor for those that do not participate in other aspects of opening exercises with exclusion to role call.

Note there is no law saying you have to stand for the national anthem although there is a law saying you have to sing it without prior consent removing you from that requirement. However in my case I was told I would have to stand or to alter my daily scheduel failure to do so would result in suspension for opposition to authority. In this instance human rights ontario said they would look into it however I wasn't contacted ever again. The result of this was an environment of my beleif system/faith at the time which states that I should not support objects of nationalism and in general remain apolitical or politically neutral. They wanted to force me to change my daily scheduel and to cause a physical disturbance daily by removing myself from the class and to excuse myself from morning exercises. I feel that it should be insured that this never happens to anyone else again by in writting exclude people from being required to stand for the national anthem note that some people are disabled and unable to stand. I had two credits left to obtain my OSSD based upon a previous assesement the previous year when I was attending the school and obtain a number of credits attendiung full time for two full terms morning afternoon and night. I was taking 3 credits once again morning afternoon and night just prior to my night class starting the incident happened I missed my first couple classes... I have yet to be informed what the final decision was and I have not yet been informed that i have been removed from that school.

I feel that due to my private studies I am atleast on par with a Grade 12 student in terms of education and understanding and that due to the events that took away my opertunity for obtaining my O.S.S.D. I should atleast be granted my equivelency. So that I migth move on into post secondary studies.

change of ontario social assistance policy as to make assistance a requirement or it gets refered by default to mental health and an investigation is launched into the specifics of the case. Leaving someone with out any support in society whatsoever does not feel like something that is socially acceptable declaring me a dependant even after I had lived on my own worked for several years on the basis that I was payed to little money to meet the requirements since I hadn't been employed for the last couple years seems completely false and in forcing me on basis of interaction with society to remain in custody of my parents at the age of 23 without mental disability is inhibiting my social growth. Note that I do not have any mental health issues instead it is others objectivity to my understanding of life I have studied philosophy and fundamental logic artifical intellegence and around january of 2003 the impact of reality came in full force morality became important over the next year my sense and understanding developed more and more on a fundamental level. If anything any conflicts that occur at this point are culture clash because I am at a fundamental level removed from culture note I do not watch tv listen to the radio ect.. so I fully understand media human drives etc.. however when interacting with culturally programmed individuals they have biases based upon my appearance or the truth since many people omit or deny the fundamentals because they are not willing to accept it. Even though I do not feel I have mental health issues others who I have clashed with such as the social services lady when she demanded I cut my hair and got noticably frustrated when I informed her of Ontario Employment law stating that I was not required to cut my hair. She raised her voice and caused a breif silence in the cubical lined room. Note she got nasty with me at that point. However after I asked her if she was OK we managed to conclude that segemtn although latter failures by the administartion minus Canada Customs & Revenue which was very polite although unable to disclose informaton over the phone however I did receive the information in the mail.. although it prooved that I earned to little to be admited to the "social services program" "ontario works"

programs to be offered by Canada employment for those individuals who are unemployed. and documentations as to outline those options

When I went to Canada Employment I asked if there were any programs they offered that I could take part in.. they asked me if I was collecting unemployment which I have never done since I was not they refered me to their third party for an assesment.. the environment was pretty freindly and seemed well organized clean and had the basis for self find employment listing and carear search information with a database I was refered to a fourth party which was an orginization based upon christian values called CODA. note I am not christian and have my own faith which integrates many world faith ideas however it is budic in the avatar sense meaning that everything is part of myself and I am part of everything in a sense a dualistic faith and I am in many ways a gnostic although this didn't proove an issue it was something peculiar that I would be refered to a faith based development project via a party of the government and I was not that faith. It would have been useful if I could have been given a list of programs I was able to enter for carear training however instead I was put in a circuit which end result was contrary my faith.

When I turned myself in to the police because societies acceptance of a armed inforcement of values put me at risk because at that time I was very removed from society at that point I was so moral that I could not survive because everything was someone elses property, because of the industry lack of food lack of shelter being in a cold environment I rationalized that in order to survive I may break the law actually in being in a seperate society there was something which obligated me to turn myself in to the harsher society to resolve any disputes that may exist. Essentially I was independant from Canadian Law at that point choosing my beleif in morality instead of being part of a society which I veiw as contrary to morals. This has continued to develop however my sense of faith and purpose as refined itself to put things into perspective. I did object to being treated like a mental patient I was cooperating with them for resolution however what they attempted to do was enslave me when the nurse lied to me about the medication she was giving me.. "she said it was to help me sleep better" although in actuality the pill she gave me as I latter found out was a hyperbolic neural stimulator essentially increases the way in which neurons function in the brain as soon as I found out they were treating me for schitzophernia which I am not schitzophernic and have never been diagnosed as such I was outraged in my meeting with one of the doctors there she attempted to convince me I had mental issues because of my appearance which at the time was long hair and nails I am well versed in pssychology I threatened to sue them if they did not release me they informed me of the procedure I continued and was released. In my opinion they took advantage of me and lied to me and in doing so betrayed my the trust. If I had been held in custody and treated as a reasoned individual then that incident may not have happened. Instead the officers treated me as :"issued" and took advantage of the goodwill essentially they were not equiped to understand because of their own cultural backgrounds.

Maturity happens at all ages I would like to state that having a well informed society could help to ease the confusion that culture causes in creation of anything which could be viewed as a human crime. At the very least mandatory checks rather then those based on appearance should be implemented meaning even if you are a crippled man with gray hair a cane and a hunch you should still be IDed although genreally I do not support anti trust laws.

I've been stopped on three occasions by officers the one time when I was around 18 or so on my way to play basketball, my name was taken I don't feel that gathering information should happen unless there is a founded suspicion of a crime taking place although in the first instance there were around 5 of us which could be seen as false assembly it was a hastle. Another time was when I was walking with some of my assosiates although they met up with me I was asked on the same basis there may have been an issue in that case however I was not involved in it. The other instance was when I was walking during the winter on a cold day in the middle of the night and asked to give my name and take off my face mask and the officer was holding me up at the lights for a couple lights changes he wanted to know if I had a warrent out on me I responded

if I had a warrent out on me why would i tell you... I decided to walk away because I found the officer to be rude and holding up my time generally hassling me for no reason with no grounds.

$60 to compensate my registration fee for school, and the $60 which I havn't claimed from past years. for a total of $120 for registration fees

After leaving St. Louis ALC due to the non good standing relationship with the school board and its represenatives I have yet to collect my registration fees which I would normally be entitled to collect at the end of the term. I feel I am entitled to those funds and feel it is the Crown which is responsible to see that these funds are compensated.

Both in the instance of going to Canada Employment and in the instance of Ontario Social Services I requested more information on the specific programs and policies in. With Canada Employment I was refered and taken away from having the policy information. With Ontario Social Services I was outright refused the information and was told " You don't need to know that" I feel this is a trend seperating information so that people in administrative roles can take advantage of individuals for their own personal gains and I feel that refusal to supply information is not in line with the actual laws that cover information accessability to the public. Insurance of this through training and openness as opposed to restriction of information should be in policy and that policy should be known through training.

I feel that due to the level of relations I am currently in with Canada and its represenatives I am being constantly discriminated against for cultural and political reasons. Due to the state Canadian culture and politics is in I feel as though I will continue to be victimized I feel that I am a soveirgn individual and that I have my own distinct faith. I feel that I should be granted the accords of soveirgn status and faith status in any adherance with church status. I have been constructing this state for some time although I can understand how for the average person when you go to the level of symbolics it is understood if there are any symbolic notions in law then I should have those accords and be granted that stature. This is much more involved however I feel that it is required to insure peaceable relations with Canada and that steps to insure peaceable relations should commence.

If I am required to leave a disputed territory of Canada being unwelcome to of my own discretion remain in Canada then the ability to leave canada should be provided. If the direct provision is not provided then financial ability to seek a method of leaving the disputed boundry should be provided.

My case with ontario human rights is that they did not contact me after saying that they would which led to me leaving St. Louis ALC. I find it unwelcome that a human rights case can be abandoned without notice by ontario human rights to the person claiming that a humans rights abuse has taken place.

I contacted ontario justice department seeking the method of filing a case within the judicial branch of the ontario government to the head of the justice department as well as to the departments regular comments email. I did not receive a reply.

I contacted MP Andrew Telegdi asking him how I could serve society as well as some other comments. I did not recieve any reply. I have contacted other people in government positions generally there has been no response to public participation in government, however when I contacted Canada Health about volentereing for any medical research projects I was informed that they didn't handle that and that I would have to speak to individual universities and private groups with some research i was able to find the boards that oversee this however I was never required for any studies to my knowledge.

I assert that I am in full mental health due to my understanding of the fundamentals of human existance based upon philosophy logic aplications of culture history psychology and the physical sciences which I understnad in a post relativist application and on a base qauntum level, although I do not have knowledge of all interactions I do have a fundamental understand which goes into m-theory probability and base compositions of sense frequencies. I am also a student of music which I have been invovled with intimately since 1998 and prior in highschool as a trumpet player in band and in jr. high in choir and trumpet in band, I have some prior knowledge as well. I actively make computer based music and have experience with many other aspects of music. I also have a strong physical health aspect to myself and partake in physical fitness inititives although I prefer outdoor activity and good weather to accommodate my fitness. In general my knowledge of fundamentals and the history of psychology leading into the empirical era the politics and use of psychology as a cultural/political tool in addition to serving the interest of those individuals which seek counsle. Discrimination based upon aphearance poltical assosiation faith basis or financial position should not be points to which assertation of mental fitness should be issued.

I noticed many instances of noncommunication or miscommunicated information in the system. Programs which are part of the administration of Canada should have an interconnected system with online and offline segments inititives to interconnect these databases should be taken. Third parties although to be avoided for centralization should be completely aware of the information and histories to be best suited to have a full picture of individuals. Two main instances of this were when I was going to be sent to a job in which was working with dead animal parts while I was a near vegan and when I contacted project read which was affiliated with Ontario works for literacy assesment. Note that although project read said they would be contacting me to get me that information they never did so. As such I didn't have the information for my literacy assesment and I wasn't about to waste my time making assumptions. I was informed by the social services lady not to contact her prior to the next meeting when I did try to contact her for clarification when it seemed that I would not be able to meet the requirements she was not available it was not until I went down to social services and passed a note to the clerk there to pass to her did I get a response. The address she provided me took me to a parking lot. My attempts for clarification were not posible. I can understand why this happened then however it was not having all the information required where as obtaining more imformation would have required private research which should not be required within the policy of the administration for its programs that is all required information should be provided. In both these instances there was no affirmative information.

When I was attending st. Louis they had colour code restrictions for clothing although nuns who attended the school were allowed to wear blue gowns a restricted colour. When I was at the crisis clinic I noticed that there was one patient named troy who was trying to be let go however physical force was being used and he did not have any representation. Although not overly harsh they did confine this person and I had the sense that he was not being treated fairly. This will leave us informed and prepared for our role in society.

Personal is the makeup of human individual which makes up theophilosophy and psychology. The understanding of human drives, the importance of morality, and the create of ethics when dealing with society. This creates the understandinf of self as to make a capable individual both within and removed from society.

Physical is the make up of the world without society the tools and merits of our outer selves and the playground for us to interact with society. This an understanding of the physical world how it affects culture our current applications both for the individual and the society.

Cooperation is the framework and it creates the fabric of our interactions, it is the mentality of having a common goal and knowing how to interact to acheive that goal. The key of cooperation is a positive mindset, a sense of leadership, an openness to communicate and inititive to act upon your understanding to accomplish the goal.

Communication is the medium of advance. Everytthing that we do is communication either to ourselves or into the world and society. The other part is awareness of how we communicate and with that how the world comunicates to us, how our personal aspects create our understanding of that communication.

Direction is orginization and application the in action of cooperation and communication when cast upon the understanding we have. To direct is to not only initiate something but to be applied to be a guide for others in cooperations sense of leadership the ability to communicate and for that communication to see about the accomplishement of a goal.

Acheivement is the attainment of our goals and a sense of reward from that completion being able to understand and create our own victories and build our culture that culture which unifies and brings clarity and truth to humanity.

Once we have the basics now its time to bring into understanding of how we can attain that sense of achivement. The first step is understanding. To get things into a social perspective is to get involved and get feedback from society to have other people have an interest in being aware that a social fabric does exist. From a personal sense you can most definately explain the world you live in what its key points are. At the base of society of any civilization there are common grounds the advance of civilization create new trends then specific cultures. Here is how I see the world society and myself building from a personal application into the world application then into the social application.

The idea of Idealism vs Realism

Idealism is based upon perfections the goal of human the meaning of life the attainment of a sense of well being satisfaction and goodness.

Realism is within a sense of how the world and society interact with that idealism.

Where realism and idealism meet is in a sense of modernism and post modernism. Modernism says that we have NEEDS that exist in the world, which creates survivalism that survivalism has a base and builds into qualities of life based upon worldy possesion rather then absolute bases of morality. Survivalism will say we need food water shelter then comfort is played in which leads to diversion from roots into an ongoing and advancing culture and a lifestyle base. Post modernism says we have everything we need and realism and idealism arn't at odds but idealism can be made to realism that is that we do not need to abandon our sense of morality to achieve our ideals which arn't in the world but in the ideas of interaction.

When you reach a certain point in that is going away from modernism into postmodernism physically you change falling away atleast in current context of social safegaurds men don't grow long hair fingernails are to be cut no facial hair must use chemicle hygene products, to most people this would may seem very unwelcome however it allows a sense of growth and with that your own sense of understanding and understanding of culture grows. Personally speaking this was a very painful experience because the environment I was in just wasn't sought cold snow technology all around industry and pollution, compounded I also went through several ordeals of the little wordlyness I had left suffered drastic blows a near constant state of subtle physical and mental torture more mental then physical however.. The social aspect was removed and the world aspect was diminished and contrary. However the more post modern I became in thought the more understanding I came to this eventually lead to completely abandoning everything which ended up being a couple of very dramatic experiences, one was a walk to some woods near exhausted and without sleep km's away from the city but still I just couldn't escape from civilization it was everywhere. The last time it all came into perspective but no release I was still here. The closer to the end I got the better I felt about myself as a person however the harder and harder it was to live in the sense of realism and counter idealism basically I attained a graeter sense of worth and with that the will to live but there was a reducing sense of what I was allowed to do and what I found joy in. I had very dramatic experiences that in some respects go beyond the normalcy that surrounds us however there are things behind this normalcy that atleast I did not see or atleast remember seeing in my early years.

For me my senses of idealism havn't been abandoned I'm sinking more and more into my own skin coming to terms with the world situation and making use of the time that I have here to help turn realism into idealism in the world. This isn't manipulation instead it is working within the sense of everything. The thought I once had that developed and came to understanding the idea of stimulus response on a universal level and intellegence in application to that to yeild a sense of artificial intellegence and then once again finding the ideas of what human is that is finding the basis of logic then applying the human aspect to my interactions going beyond the confines of logical slavery and into the ideas of human boundlessness. My ideas of human logic systems have been cultured and this builds a base sense of interaction. I follow my heart my feeling my thinking has largely desolved the requirement of actual thought is just behind that sense of requirement. That sense of feeling matured and now I can feel my feelings and that to me is the near paragon of humanity. Of course it goes beyond that and that is going to the level of self symbolic state. This comes from well the sense of everything.

Pleasure from environment is the aesthetic natures. This goes from a range of primal to cultural sensations how objects interact within society and within the personal understanding to create welcome embrasing and warm ideas which spawn with other qualities into the thought of a moment thoughts flow into a river of feeling and from that river our own senses create our emotions.

Sustainability is created from the idea of difference in emotion. When emotion differs it means something has changed to come into relization of how a flow of emotion can be prolonged if not made infinite is to create sustainablity by factors of environment set ina motion as to create continuance.

You can then go about and figure out the things you like and the things you dont like.

The two applications for this could be removal of the things you dont like or insuring the things you do like. In an idea of society politics forms to move forces to create momentums for sustainability. The ways in which this can be accomplished are conflicted that is society in a sense of civilization once it moves away from continuance of pleasure is to create or to take pleausre. The creation of pleasure changes the enviroment and alters the point that there was once pleasure. To take pleausre is to be selfish and with that selfishness creates a void of fullfillments and eventual dehumaization which leads to a change in the veiw of morality. The work around of this is to understand that all things are as one. That is that whatever you do serves the common good what good is is derived from a sense of feeling at a base of human. You then become the will of god doing for the world as the world as yourself and with that union of world and self comes a sense of diety. Having the vision of what is sought is the cornerstone of interaction and with that your side in ethics. Ethics forms from the sense of fragmentation within the world a differing world equals a differing responses which equates to growth.

Now where good politics is is at doing what you feel is good for the world.

Here is what is important?

Creating a healthy world, a healthy world is a place that people can feel happy, if that sense of happiness comes for a healthy physicality then that is important, if that phyicality comes from a suitable environment then that is important. It is not just reducing it to the mental level but the mental sustainability.

To me a healthy world is one with a suitable climate for comfortable living what this is for various people may differ. Having fresh healthy air to breath, and having good nutrients be it fresh water good food fruits vegitbles nuts etc. and that sense of energy. It also means one where we are at peace with the nature around us and we have adapted within that nature.

In the world aroud me I see technology physical worldy adaptions to making a more comfortable enviroment technology continues to become more and more advanced more and more capable. In its wake is left a devastated natural environment. Rising population levels although now coming into some sense of control due to disease government policy and social awareness may allow some control to come out of what was perhaps spiraling out of control and into conflict for basic survival. The thing is though that now key resources are in jepordy within the next 20 years awareness of this should be at a pinicle. Within 50 years it will be at a level that science should be just about wrapped up and that we are launced into a universe that is completely defined. The posiblities at that point of multiversalism may present itself and with the the imposiblity of definition that would be actual chaos however past interpretation which IS how it is now it is just that we see definition in experience and with that commonality and a developing sense of "working" logic structures. That is where knowledge exists, facts and interactions of those facts. The truth of the root of humanity however tells us that in essence whatever we experience is somehow defined by our understanding of emotion the refinement of points of that emotion into thoughts that thoughts when cross anaylized with other thoughts into ideas or with feelings into new thoughts and then new feelings its the construction or deconstructions of the amount of essence that is prsent in any one point of feeling. The same goes with ideas only then to the actual symbolic ideas which is a peice of life itself. The symbol is emotion. A symbol interacting with another symbol is the creation of an idea.

What is then applied is bad ideas and good ideas. A bad idea is something that creates a bad feeling, where as a good idea is one that creates good feeling. What I see is that the base of existance is a good idea that is facilitaction of idealism through the steps process so that we can live our ideals.

To do this you have to work in a system which creates a working society to make a working society you have to make working individuals to make a working individual you have to make a working environment, the catch is that to make a working environement you have to have both working individuals and a working society. So where to start. Well as always and forever you start with yourself leadership is being able to lead yourself and to do such a good job at it that others agree with your way of doing it. Change in society comes into play where you as an individual strives to refine and improve and correct ideas removing bad ideas and creating good ideas. Personal accountability in leadership is the cornerstone to good politics.

The keys of society are 1. unification 2. growth of good ideas and refinement of those ideas

Unification is an all state we are always unified it is a matter of the layers to that society cultural difference cause by differing evironments thus creating growth of culture that varies then leads to the sense of leadership where unity exists is in the goals of society and understanding how each individual where they are in the world interacts to make that goal a reality. Growth is the end result of any change in time some growth of ideas through change of symbolics must be occuring in the world. facilitating the growth of more joy and improving those ideas.

Now how do we do it in the world.

The issue that creates the conflict is survivability and those that are not yet educated, that creates defence issues.

Making a self sustaining society includes the removal of threat from life one way is to not give into threats agains personal safety however in this world there seems to be parties which will use force to acheive their goals this means that all of those forces must be destroyed. However in setting out to destroy these forces outside of eduction you yourself become them. Ignorance that something exists is not something that is sought instead it is perspective of that existance. Allowing the difference between knowing the state something is and the state something was. To meet survivability issues while starting the key inititives are the following

At this point you have the civil inititives and the defence initititives. This is one society not two different ones this means that intigration on all levels of society is required. This means that every point in the 7 points has to interact to create a working social system.

The key to proper education is removal of oppositions that is that its a matter of being. Humanity has two aspects in paradox it has the logical side and it has the illogical side. The logical side is logic structure explaining a full body artifical intellegence system covers all the details of logic: structure; change; commonalities; goals; and application process. Illogic makes up those points that logical awareness isn't capable of defining but is aware that there is something that is missing rather those items arn't missing but they are at the base of logic thus the create of logic itself is hidden from the logic process. The symbol itself is the smallest point and the largest point undefinable but having characteristics in the interchanges. Laying the framework of human reality as absolutely defined and undefinable creates the body of real human experience. From this point we are able to enter the world and be a positive force in creating an ideal world one which already exists and one which in time we are creating, sustainability. From this point specific training for projects can be done the physical training refines and engrains the processes allowing a betterment of application. Specific training is surrounded by the other 6 steps and what is required to achieve unity and pleasure.

2. Eqaulity Inititives

Equality is the basis of unity everyone being at the highest point of leadership, virtue and understanding. Education is the framework however making a system which places everyone on an equal basis having the same priveleges and the same capabilities.

3. Industry reduction

Industry at its base is a love of creation however knowing what is being created not just in the product that is released but in the world as a whole. The single point application of industry is not reality the reality of industry is that it creates a product a biproduct and uses some resource to create those two things. Industry reduction is based upon removing the biproduct or making it a product itself while removing the need of natural resources. Industry reduction means not using products that produce biproducts or use up natural resources. Along with industry reduction is industry shift that is moving and changing industry so there is no unusuable biproduct and that industry is part of a natural cycle one which sustains itself.

4. Preservation of Natural Resources

Keeping the balance of nature intact is vital to a healthy world environment this means that preserving as much as posible the life cycles that are implace are kept cohesive. Preservation through industry shift reduction of goods required by society and that societies culture through self sustainability this means the less change done to primal cycles the better off nature is as a whole.

5. Environmental Inititives

Just reducing the forward motion isn't enough starting trends to shift the reliances not only to take weight off industry while aiding the primal cycles allowing growth to take place and the quality of life to increase due to a more welcoming world.

6. Cross Migration of Emergency Services

An emergency service or essential service is something which is at the base of societies continued functioning usually centered around life sustainability or infrastructure resources. The public accountability of these resources should be a central point of societies bottom line. Merging these services offering cross migrated training and facilitating all these services under management which is accountable to society is important. This means that people that are responsible for medical services should also understand what social factors for keeping the peace or responding to natural disasters or preventing some type of incident which countermands the social well being. This social well being should be centered upon a absolute fabric thus no room for interpretation would be required. Reduction of the cultural wieght on essential services is vital this means that the justice system needs to be based upon absolute values. Everyone who is part of society should be capable of providing a role in essential services and it should be societies role to either 1. train or 2. employ society to meet the needs of society.

7. Reduction of capacities of non integrated aggressive factions

The stream of progression is that we all know what needs to be done if something slows or counters the stream then methods to correct the blockage must be utilized. It follows through the six previous steps. This means that you educate you create a sense of equality between both parties you reduce their industry you preserve their natural resources you set about making their environment more sustainable you cross migrate any essential services that may exist and then it comes to this point which is the reduction of capacities. Generally force is not desired however if you are entraped or attacked then removing the threat is one of the only potential outcomes the only other one is destruction of sustainability.

last year I felt relatively sorta like this but not really aware of the feeling instead experiencing now it just doesn't mean the same thing.. yah so people are doing what theyre doing they are relatively happy world keeps turning society based upon a reversal so once again like the onset of summer last year facing death multiple times, nothing to really say or do with or about life seeing the world formations of society and whatever so I'm going to get severly beaten or sprayed or in the case that they don't have the time and I injure or kill someone trying to force their will upon me shoten. Im happy that society finally has the balls show what happens when someone is honest in what it really means to do what you think is right in defending your self assertation and not for political motive but for a sense of personal movement. Sure society rejected me so I rejected it but it still expects to be able to punish me for my beleifs well I'm doing what I think is right and now it comes down to life and death I've already faced death I'm not going to be draconized into subjectivity to a system I don't beleive in this is the end line and now two weeks left I'm not going to be bullied into submission if I have any energy left. My situation just isn't the same and it was just the life I was born into the environment I was raised in and the situation I am in now. I can see the systems I can see the way it works and I don't like it i'm not going to work with it. I honestly look forward to my death from this world because I see how twisted this life is I can see how the idealism isn't there and my life has been completely set to torture me. THe world is being destroyed and space is much like the days of expedition and colonialization the escape but science is already over or near end. Why does conflict exist why is there a contest over an object? Why is there difference of faith or is faith conflict? Love of Conflict? There isnt conflict however it is confusion or bringing a sense of order to events that contradict culture. It shows cultural difference and authorities role in creating a sense of conformity to ones beleifs. It is the effect that the authorities beleifs have upon the environment and the difference of living standards of the authority and the masses as to create the difference of culture. That is realism of cultural acceptance of the authority and the living standards in which that authority creates for the masses may not be acceptable to the masses which causes cultural and social revolution the result of that is a change of authority structure or a reduction of the masses. How that reduction takes place could very well be the formation of authority through those learned of cultural differance. What seems vital to cohesion is the authority being the masses. Which removes the difference of law to one segment of society at the cost of another segment. Cultural change would only take place if the environment is alterted by that culture. So total cohesion is by creating a cycle which can support the masses growth cycles etc. So growth based upon nature. However defining nature or natural cycles in terms of technology is another question.
