7am Show field set-up
7am-10am Registration
9am-3pm Car Show
3:15pm-4pm Awards Presentation
4pm-6pm Free time (swim, gamble, relax at the bar, etc.)
6pm Dinner (Hacienda Buffet in the banquet room)
Sunday, Oct. 28th
8am Breakfast Buffet at Hacienda

ROOM RESERVATIONS
Hacienda has agreed to give show participants a special rate on rooms (25% off the regular room rate for the room of your choice). However, in order to get this special room rate, you MUST make your reservation no later than September 1st. They have blocked a minimum of 50 rooms for us. After September 1st, these rooms will be released and you will pay the regular room rate. To make a reservation, call 702-293-5000 or 1-800-245-6380. Make sure you tell them you're coming for the AMC show.
