Mum's Birthday...

14th Aug 2003

            Juz woke up.. we still haven settled wat modules we are going to take yet, even though lessons started yesterday.. somehow, the school admin abit screwed up and worse still, the school network seems to have some problem due the new virus..  den in the 1st place, we were accepted into 5 modules plus a project module... however the school recommends students to take juz 4 modules plus the project module.. so we thought we had to drop one.. den we realise that out of the 5 modules, one of them is actually offered in the precious semester and not this semester... den 3 out of the remaining 4 modules have lectues clashes.. aiyah.. very messy lar.. so we have to match the modules again and look for the study advisor during my department meeting next monday... so now i on holiday again.. =P

            Met one of the two Norwegian roommates in my apartment two days .. his name is Erland.. quite difficult to pronounce his name properly.. anywae he's only 19 and he is a second year student in some technology stuff.. he can speak English but he is not very good at it. sometimes he will have to pause a while to tink of the word before he actually speaks.. den somehow, the 3 of us (including my German roommate) were chatting in the kitchen yesterday.. quite funny, cos the both of them not veri zai in English.. den the German guy (dunno how to spell his name) is trying to learn Norwegian...we all were trying to speak some Norwegian and English.. Erland was also veri enthusiatic about teaching my Norwegian... keke.. say he will teach me a few words everyday den i shld be quite good in Norsk liao..

            Couldnt go for the Deportivo match 'cos couldnt get any tix.. but somehow the 2 of them managed to get one for themselves... anywae the match ended goalless.. so i guessed i din miss much... juz hope that Rosenborg will upset Deportivo in Spain.. den i will have more chance to catch some Champions' League action liao... =) .. going to call my Mum now.. today is her birthday..
