Many extra parts, few perfect, most fixable, all hard to find so I hated to chuck them:
Air conditioning dash, ducting, and compressor- would need condensor & lines to finish
Rear quarters, fenders, bumpers, hood, grille with lights, perfect decklid
Side and rear glass
Interior dash pads, door panels, gauges, seats, trim, auto console and shifter, etc. etc.
Exterior trim, emblems, taillight, etc.
Lower control arms, could be boxed in for rigidity
Power steering bracket, alt brackets, washer bottle & pump, etc.
New trunk seal, not yet installed
New extra '74 heater core in box, last one American Performance had!
(car converted to improved '74 heater unit, works great!)
This car needs a different flywheel ('72 360) installed and a different rear seal installed in the transmission tailshaft. We accidentally used incorrect parts for both of these items, but that should be all it needs to be a great driver. The car is not a perfect show-winner, nor is it orginal. It needs new carpet and seats installed, and minor interior assembly chores to look great. Full AMX gauges have been installed, but are not all working and/or hooked up yet. Otherwise, this is like a new car! We installed the drivetrain in December and have hardly driven it since, so all those new parts have maybe 50 miles on them, tops!
