Celso Javier

Celso is a true native of Marikina.  His parents are both from Marikina.   He grew up in Marikina, married a girl from Marikina, built a house and raised a family near Marikina

Before getting married in 19xx, Celso lived outside Provident Village which he fondly referred to as "Provident Gilid"  He joined the barkada in 1975 and he was the one who promoted the use of motorcycles to some of the barkada.
