Neuschwanstein Castle
Yes it is there, Neuschwanstein Castle the castle that Walt Disney based the Disneyland castle on (behind those clouds there). Story goes...we get on the bus and drive for two and half hours, it starts to snow along the way...yes SNOW! So we can only spend half an hour at the castle site (was supposed to be two hours) as the double decker tour coach doesn't go sideways very well. Never mind, I was like a big kid as I've never actually seen it snow before. It was all novel for about three seconds though as you just get wet. It was soooo cold too!!
Another Castle
Me and Trudi in front of the castle that Neuschwanstein's brother built. Apparently Neuschwanstein was jealous of it and built the other one just across the road, he went broke doing so. He was a bit of a nutter - Syphilis does that to you.

Snow on a House
PROOF it did snow, quite a lot too!! This is out the coach window. There was actually snow on our tent on the last night camping in Munich!
