WHO WE ARE:
The was incorporated in the State of Texas in August 22, 1994 by the Founding members of
Hilliard Tanksley, Errol Warren, and Leonard (Blue) Wilkerson.
As a non-profit organization, we depend on public support and funding for tax deductible donations to help us establish & support our Scholarship Fund program help those unfortunate individuals from poor neighborhoods to enter their first year in college, help purchase needed equipment for the 9th Cavalry as our membership grows larger.
It is the intent of to provide the history of the Buffalo Soldiers, Indian Scouts and The West from a historical view, our organization further provides the practical application of what life was like for the Buffalo Soldiers from the Eighteen hundreds well into the Nineteenth century. We do this through encampments in the local metro area of San Antonio or where ever when ever we are asked to set up Historical encampments.
We also have performed in a variety of historical Films.
