Kaioshin is the last remaining Kaio's, Just like the other Kais, there were four Kaioshins (North, South, East, and West) and then a Grand Kaioshin, known as Dai Kaioshin or. He is very
powerful, his power level being around 250,500,000, and he is very skilled too.
East Kaioshin relies more on mental energy and strategy than on blind heroics.
Many years before the start of Dragonball, a wizard named Bibidi unleased a creation of his own, Majin Buu. Majin Buu destroyed thousands of planets and wiped out entire galaxies. He killed the North, South, and West Kaioshins. He was about to kill East Kaioshin, but Dai Kaioshin jumped in front of him, saving his life, and Buu absorbed Dai Kaioshin. So East Kaioshin survived.
Then Bibidi lost control of Buu and had to seal him in an egg, and Kaioshin killed Bibidi.
Seven years after the Cell Games, the East Kaioshin reappears as the Supreme Kai with his body gaurd Kibito. The have retrurned to stop Badidi(Bibidi's son)from re-releasing majin Buu.
The Supreme Kai also makes several appearances in DBGT, and eventially fuses with Kabito.
