The Historic DeSoto Museum, located in Hernando, Mississippi, began construction in August 2001. The museum is under the direction of Brian Hicks, and will showcase artifacts featuring the history of DeSoto County, Mississippi. The opening of the Historic DeSoto Museum is scheduled for 2003. |
