What is Phi Chi Theta? Phi Chi Theta is a national business and economic fraternity for men and women. Established in 1924, Phi Chi Theta strives to "promote the cause of higher education for men and women in business careers, to encourage fraternity and cooperation, and to stimulate the spirit of sacrifice and unselfish devotion to the attainment of such ends. Phi Chi Theta promotes both professional and social activities. Phi Chi Theta emphasises a balance between the two activities, especially as more and more recruiters are looking for well-rounded individuals. Why join a business fraternity? Unlike most organizations the fraternal atmospheres useful for making many lifetime friendships within the fraternity as well as professional contacts in the "real world".
