Why Don't We Use Copyright?
Simple. We're a reasonable bunch and for all our Motorsport images, which it must be said, aren't entirely ours, are free to use for personal use. as is the case with 333-UK which is a personal homepage, and not a commercial website. A few notices to our members, though... We strain ourselves to ensure we're using rarely-seen imagery which is either our own, or somebody else's which we are allowed to touch (they are credited and don't "bandwidth steal" -- look below for more on this subject). If you happen to believe any, and we mean any of the information to be infringing copyrights please contact us via email and we shall gladly have it removed from the pages. If you own any of these images and feel it was unreasonable of us to "steal" your own goods, again, contact us. We're not as evil as you think, ehh? The following is an important note regarding the use of our own images. Please read very carefully if you're thinking about using any imagery, you'll thank yourself for doing so later on. We host all our images on this here site, and we pay for all the bandwidth. For all the views we get on our pages, we have to pay for all of that. We therefore feel we're being very reasonable, like a great number of sites, in allowing you to use these images in the first place. Whenever you use them, always save the file to your hard drive and upload them to your own space later on. NEVER copy the URL and use the HTML code. Have them all on your own, personal space. Otherwise, the problem is that we're paying for your views. That may sound enticing. It is in fact illegal to remote link, file share or anything else off somebody else's server. So don't do it, please. We have the power to get the authority on you and in a usual scenario you'll have your website(s) removed and destroyed and/or your ISP service discontinued. You can use any photos on this site on some conditions. Firstly, the Crash.net material indicated is not to be used, for any reason. 333-UK as a personal website has the right to use certain rarely-seen photos distributed by Crash.net's photo team, and all the credit to them! These particular photos are copyright Crash.net. You may use the photos which aren't indicated as so in their assigned Photos page freely. Or at least, as far as we know -- if you identify any other photos which are not rightfully allowed here do contact us and we'll have the offending photo promptly removed. All clear? Good. |
