Check electrolytes
Hydrate patient at 60ml/hr iv N
Saline (beware of volume overload) |

Day 2: |
Acetylcysteine 600 mg bd oral
Hydrate patient at 60ml/hr iv N
Saline (beware of volume overload) |

Angiogram: |
Continue hydration for 12 hours
post procedure |
