5. Does the agency have a mission statement, or a stated agency objective?

 

6. Prior to September 11, 2001, is there any material which shows what the agencies primary focus was? In other words, before the War on Terror, what was the point of the agency?

 

7. This is the big one! What are some of the things that the agency is now doing to keep us safe? Be specific with any plans that you might be able to find.

 

8. Is there any discussion regarding budget and “man”-power for this agency?

 

9. Putting aside political biases and ideologies, do you feel safe because of anything this agency is doing. Do you have confidence in the ability of this agency to combat terrorism and why?
