1. What agency did u look at? 2. Who heads the agency? What is the term for the agency chief? 3. What is the bureaucratic structure/organization of the agency? What are some of the other key positions? (Obviously, this is a simple over-view-keep it relatively brief) 4. What other federal bureaucracies work with, or are closely aligned with, the one that you are looking at? 5. Does the agency have a mission statement, or a stated agency objective? 6. Prior to September 11, 2001, is there any material which shows what the agencies primary focus was? In other words, before the War on Terror, what was the point of the agency? 7. This is the big one! What are some of the things that the agency is now doing to keep us safe? Be specific with any plans that you might be able to find. 8. Is there any discussion regarding budget and “man”-power for this agency? 9. Putting aside political biases and ideologies, do you feel safe because of anything this agency is doing. Do you have confidence in the ability of this agency to combat terrorism and why? 10. If your were in charge of the agency, what do you see as some of the positives and negatives of that agency regarding terrorism? Is there anything realistically that you change about this agency? 11. Did you come across anything else that might be significant regarding this agency?
