What it is:
A wheel that gives out prizes. (Ooh!)
How to Play:
Neomail Hellomeandu, tell her what number on the wheel you want and she will tell you if you can have it or not. Then you will have to go to her shop and buy an item for 100 NP (or more if you're nice). You will get the prize that is matched up with the number on the wheel, it is all written down beforehand so there is no cheating involved, also, you will not be able to redeem your prize until all the "tickets" are bought or they are no longer wanted. You are able to buy more than one ticket if you want.

These prizes have a total estimated cost of... 9800 NP. If all tickets are bought at 100 NP, & if all the tickets are bought, I will have 1600 NP back. That leaves 8200 NP that I have personally used on the guild. So if you could, please do not only pay 100 Np a ticket, every item on the prize list is worth over 100 np, so if you could, please donate Np to the guild, when you buy a ticket for more than 100 Np, I will put that difference into your record of donations. And you will be eligible for the Generous Member Award!!!
