Never mind about the blog, it was gay, it's gone. And this website sucks! I'm no webmaster, but I'm planning on coming up with something a lot nicer when I get the chance. Better layout, something that doesn't look like it came from 1990, haha! I'll be uploading a few model shots soon, started and finished a mid-late '60's style FED and started a new Revell '32 sedan build. The Olds which had been down since before Roundup is back. Fixed what needed to be fixed and she's on the road again. Didn't realize how much I missed driving that car. That's the one I'll never get rid of. I also made a photo album of everything I've got on the Olds. From when we brought it home to now, so take a look at it's past. It's been in many forms over the years.

Olds Album

Here's the album for the modified again, it kinda gets buried down there. I made a hood top for it too and think it really makes the car flow better. Hood sides are the next thing. Been playing around with color in photoshop too. I'm pretty much sold on blue (reminiscent of the Niekamp T roadster) but there are a bunch of other combinations to check out. They start on page 22. Let me know what you think!

Modified Album

Previous update on 05/03/08

The modified is finished. Temporarily finished at least. I'm going to have fun with it, drive it, pick up hot chicks in it, and work out the bugs for a while. Depending on what I do with the Olds between now and then, I'll probably blow it back apart in a year or so for paint, upholstery, and finishing. There's a link to the full build album below these pictures, the finished pics are on pages 19 and 20.

Speaking of the modified, I had it done just in time for the Lonestar Roundup. I took it for it's first test drive with a week to go. Ended up trailering the car to Austin and driving it around there. Had a blast at the show, you can't beat that one. Felt great finally brining my own hot rod, built from the ground up. Took a bunch of pictures...here's the link, check em out!

Roundup '08 Album
Finally got around to building everyone's favorite new kit!
I built this '32 in about 5 hours in a hotel room in Springfield, MO a few months ago. Check it out!
Heres a '32 3-window inspired heavily by one Pinkee's Rod Shop's latest creations. It might as be called a clone, but it's not perfect. Close enough is ok for me though.
Here's a new bubble top project, based on a '64 Chevy Truck concept posted by Custom Cory on the HAMB.
I've also made a lot of progress on project "Stargazer." New front and rear bodywork really brings it together.
Finally, some progress on the HAMB T-sedan. A little bit of paint.
