Broken Arrow is BACK
In 1975, four musicians assembled to create a new sound unique to the St. Louis Metro area. There were various changes of personnel over the years, but the direction stayed the same. However, that direction was veering wildly off course after one of the founders departed and another close member became ill. In early 2002, 2 players removed themselves voluntarily to pursue other genres. That having occurred, order was restored with the re-addition of one of the original founders and the band reformed. With 3 familiar faces of the area music scene, Fred Miller, Dane Hastings, and J.D. Burnett have revived the group into one of the best variety bands in the St.Louis Metro area . A mixture of soul, country, country/rock, R & B, blues, classic rock, and a smattering of all other genres brings this group into the forefront of musical genius. Differences in techniques and styles that have been displayed throughout the history of this fine group of players has brought together this new generation of Broken Arrow. Now, with the addition of an occasional special guest artist, Don Mitchell, this new venture promises something for young and old with an emphasis on fun, laughter, and a good time for all.

The current group members:
Fred Miller - Bass, Rhythm Guitar, Lead and Harmony Vocals
J.D. Burnett - Lead, Bass Guitar, Keyboard, Lead and Harmony Vocals
Dane Hastings - Drums, Washboard, Acoustic Guitar, Lead and Harmony Vocals
