06/06/2004 MILWAUKEE SUMMERFEST!!! We finally made it in. We will be performing on the Rock Stage on June 28 at 1:00pm, and 2 days later you can see us at the Taste of Chicago, Two of the biggest festivals in the USA!!

04/25/2004 WHAT A GREAT NIGHT at RINGSIDE. Pictures will be up shortly. We broke an attendance record for the new Ringside Location. Last night marked the 10th anniversary for Ron Starr's performing at the old and new Ringside club. Ron's previous band was the last to play the old Ringside and the first to play the new Ringside. Last night after a 2 year hiatus from Ringside, they set the highest door record of any band since moving to the new location. Thanks to all who made it a success.
03/22/2004 Our ABBEY ROAD ON THE RIVER schedule has been finalized. We will be performing on the Main Stage on Friday August 6th at 3:00PM and on Saturday August 7th at 8:00PM Also, our next show is Saturday March 27th at Time Out West in Hanover Park, IL. 12/10/2003 Band on the Run will be performing at ABBEY ROAD ON THE RIVER August 6-8, ALSO we have a special post holiday party planned at Chicago City Limits in Schaumburg. Battlefield, a Pat Benetar Tribute band will be opening for us at 9:00 PM, we will be performing our Wings Tribute set, and a short set of 80's retro/dance/rock will follow. We will be having T-Shirts for sale, and FREE CD's.

08/06/2003 Band on the Run is pleased to announce the hiring of a new guitarist, Tom Colton. Luis will still be performing with us on occasion due to schedule constraints. Tom is a tremendous guitarist who brings a true classic rock sound to the band. Performing over the years with Centerfold and Big Guitars from Memphis, Tommy will be a very welcome addition to our already fine troupe of musicisians.
08/03/2003 Tons of radio play and press marketing attracted a large contingent of Macca fans were out in full force at the Catfish Bend casino. It is always a pleasure to see people in Beatle Garb and Macca T-Shirts. A lady whose husband is in Iraq attended the show, and the band performed Freedom to a rousing ovation. Thanks to all who showed up.
07/20/2003 Grantsburg Fest was again a big success, an overflow crowd danced all night long. Despite the heat and humidity, a great time was had, pictures are up in the photo album.

06/24/2003 St. Priscilla's was a BLAST!!! Thanks to BRITISH EXPORT who opened for us, they did a great job. Seeing so many Paul fans in McCartney tour T-Shirts was a really cool thing. Having people holding up lighters in the night sky to Long and Winding Road and My Love was awesome. Hearing the thunderous response from the 700 plus in the audience was the best part of the evening. Thanks to all who made it a great day for Paul and the Beatles....
06/17/2003Our Steady at the Bluff's Run Casino was another success. While Nebraskan's and Iowegean's are not used to some of Paul's harder edged music, they loved all the pop hits, and that's what we stuck with as the week went on. We all had a great time and can't wait for the return engagement.
05/06/2003 McNally's was a great success, thanks to all of our fans that came out to support us. We also made lots of new fans too, thank you all. Our next shows are at the Prairie Rock Brewery's in Elgin and Schaumburg. These will be acoustic trio shows, check out the schedule.
