Power To The People- Fire Big Business and Impeach the Government
The Aims of This Website
Stop all industries from using sweatshops and gurantee the right to Unionize in the U.S. and around the World.
Reform the government by calling a new Constitutional Convention.
Stop government contract favoritism and sever the connection between big business and government.

Every Nation must be a member.
Establish tougher penalties for White-Collar Crime Offenders
Stop the U.S. and other evil empires from committing humanitarian violations around the world
Give immigrants, legal and illegal, their equal and just rights back.
Ban abortion (i.e. murder of little people), don't let women choose to kill their children.
Abolish all victimless crimes (i.e. drug, euthanasia, etc).
Exhibit our patriotism by returning to our country's core values of religious, sexual, racial, and political diversity.
Give equal rights to homosexuals (including marriage).
Stop NAFTA and all other so-called free trade aggreements that hurt not help countries. Instead break down other trade barriers such as tariffs and subsidies.
Dear Visitors: The site is just up and we don't expect much traffic for a while, but just to talk about a few points noticed in the news the last few days... A vote is expected today or tomarrow in the House for a bill that would stop DEA raids on medical marijuana growers in states where it is legal. California has been the center of attention recently regarding these raids with several people locked for legally growing medical marijuana. The federal system does not allow people who are charged with growing marijuana in a state such as California where it is legal to prsent that as evidence to a federal court. Yes, an irony of the law. It is unfortunate, but this bill could stop such things by preventing the raids in states where it is legal. I do believe that this bill would set people convicted of these offensives free, though I'm not sure. Yesterday, Saddam's sons supposedly killed. I say supposedly because we haven't seen any bodies. This report could easily be a little untruth cooked up by the Administration since in recent days Bush and Co. have been riddled with allegations about his and his administration's honesty. Im not saying it is, but use a little restraint and don't always believe what you read and hear. The first month of this site, I hope to make this newsletter longer in the future. I also hope to add more pages. Also, some of you may have noticed the adds at the top of this page. Yes they are adds for people to defend themselves from white collar crime. I don't choose the adds for this page, I just spread the word, sorry. Another comment: Hurray for the music industry for finally figuring out how to solve a simple problem. If you haven't heard yet, they are going after individuals with the most shared files and I believe that they will work they're way down. If you haven't already, shut down your Kazaa or Morpheus. If you don't, I hope you get busted. While I may seem like the person to suppourt such a thing, that is theft and it's as dirty as shoplifting CD's from the store.
Hope to see more visitors,
Yours in Liberty, Kevin
I decided to add these Headlines so that from now on, the other "Recent News Stories" could be just Headlines on our cause.
Guerilla War in Iraq?
Yes, its true that for all the Pentagon's warmongering, big defense budgets, supertroops and flyboys they can't fight a guerilla war. I don't know whats wrong any more than you do. We did this in Vietnam but, the ole boys at the Pent must have never heard the old saying "never make the same mistake twice". Everyday one, two, or even three soldiers are being killed. And the military strategists and planners don't understand how to stop such a thing. You MUST be friends of the people. Do everything in your power to help them. See, these guerilla fighters depend on the people, their neighbors, to stay hidden in the citizenry while their not on the offensive. To hide their weapons among their homes and be provided with supplies from the local grocer. The citizens are the only ones who can root these people out. Considering that I would not probably turn my uncle or cousin in to say a Russian Army that was occupying the U.S. I don't think many Iraqi's will do differently. Unless we appease the people and make them find no reason to attack our soldiers these attacks will keep coming, perhaps increasing in volatility. And, whether organized or not right now, they will become organized. The guerillas willl blowup bridges that lead into loyalist(to Saddam that is) neighborhoods. Make the Americans make raids by air! The guerillas will blow up foreign aid supplies. The guerillas know that when the people aren't getting their medicines and their food they will help the guerillas more. And as the winter progresses this year. The guerillas will convert factories and warehouses owned by loyalists into clothing, accesory, and machine shops. They will gain the loyalty of the people before the coalition does if the occupation continues like this. The U.S. must stop concentrating on the leaders of this old regime. It should make them second priority because innocents are being killed in these raids. Those raids are now counter-productive. Come on, your insane to assume that Saddam Hussein is personally responsible for all these attacks. Infact I believe that the hierarchy of the old Baathist regime are as much enemies of the guerillas as the Americans are. I believe many of these people currently involved in attacking our troops may have hated the Baathist regime. They now want the U.S. out because they are just dictators in a different form. And the guerillas will inflict much harm on the coalition armies, perhaps blowing up and stealing their supplies, killing visible leaders such as Paul Bremer, and wearing down our troops. Then we will have to go begging to the U.N. for help, which we should be doing right now but the Administration considers that that would be "embarassing". Who cares! The U.N. can provide a great international police with Muslims and Arabs that are well trained in appeaseing the people and in such things as riot control. But eventually the U.N. will take over and the guerillas will attack U.N. troops and then we will be withdrawing, leaving Iraq as another Somalia or worse, a breeding ground for Muslim extremists.
Police Brutality! Ouch!
If you havent already, you have to see this video...
http://msnbc.com/news/945686.asp?0dm=C238N. And be shocked....This guy was acquitted of all police brutality charges! No matter what Donovan Jackson did before he was in handcuffs, you don't slam him onto the hood of the car or punch him the way that officer did. I hope they get him in the retrial. I've heard that the prosecution was lackluster and that it was an easy conviction(obviously) if the prosecution had real sense. No matter if these guys were both white that is wrong! And when the person in the court room yelled "No Justice Here!" during the reading of the verdict they spoke the truth!
Incase of Police Brutality
The "war on crime" that is fought by police on the streets is far too often waged against innocent individuals unaware of, or intimidated into surrendering, their constitutional rights. Some commentators fault government's characterization of police officers as soldiers fighting a "war" as one that encourages excessive police violence and brutal military tactics. The overwhelming majority of the 19,000 police officers in the United States practice sound law enforcement techniques. Unfortunately, there are more than a handful of officers and departments that do not.
Some common forms of police abuse include excessive use of deadly force, excessive use of physical force, discriminatory patterns of arrest, patterns of harassment of vulnerable groups, discriminatory use of the "stop-and-frisk," overly harsh enforcement of petty offenses, verbal abuse, discriminatory non-enforcement of the law, harassment of political activists, retaliation against officers who report abuse and / or support reforms, overreaction to gang problems, illegal mass stops and arrests, demanding photo IDs from young men based on their race and dress instead of on their criminal conduct, failure to discipline or prosecute abusive officers, failure to deter abuse, and crowd control tactics that infringe on free expression rights and lead to unnecessary use of physical force.

It's a commonly accepted principle in the socialist ideology, developed by Karl Marx, that socialism cannot achieve its utopian goal unless the whole of societuy is socialist. Therefore, humankinds communist revolution is constantly taking place or so Marxists believe. This "unending revolution" attracts many anarchal enthusiasts, young and old. The fact that this revolution is always taking place even in already "socialized" countries such as China, Cuba, and the late Soviet Union, gives the social body a sense of urgency, that a time such as this only happens once for a country. This view does not stop everyday functions and does produce many different views in the communist society. Just look at the different philosophies of Marxism, Maoism, Trotskyism, Leninism, even Stalinism. This "endless revolution" isn't taking place in today's so-called democratic countries. I believe this is because democracy does not require a fully democratized society to flourish. But, i also believe that a poor African or a rich Arab oil lord deserves demcoracy just as much as I do. I believe a democratic revolution is not complete until all are free. The Ultra-Democratic movement should adopt these "never ending revolution" principles. The leaders of our country today seem to think that revolution is always a negative concept. Thomas Jefferson once said "a little revolution, now and then, is a healthy thing". Death and destruction(though not characterizing every revolution) may have to take place for the people to be free. The current leaders of our country have lost their revolutionary spirit long ago and their principles(of leading overnment out in the open, working for the people and not for the interest of a few, and even not trampling people's basic rights as aggreed upon in the Bill of Rights) have fallen by the wayside. Let's reclaim our revolution so that we will never forget our principles.
