Instructions:
This is the HPS Character Survey, wherein we work together to infuse your character with a (little more) personality!

-Copy-and-paste ALL of the survey at the right into the body of an email, or into a text file to attach to an email. Once that's done, answer all the questions! Please don'tjust send us your answers... to ensure efficient production, both staff and artist(s) need to see both the questions and the answers.

-Attach at least two GOOD screenshots of your character to the SAME email!

-If you ordered a Photo Duo or Group Shot, include a separate survey for each character (as applicable).

When you're ready to send it, address it to HPS Submissions.

Your finished portrait package will be sent to you as a REPLY TO THE SUBMISSION EMAIL! So use your go-to email address.

-Please enter your PayPal receipt code. This will be matched against the PayPal payment information received by the Hero Portrait Studio. PayPal receipt code:

-The HPS strives to produce the best character portraits available. While this may mean rendering changes to your character's in-game look to make him or her more unique, it doesn't have to. It's your call! On a scale from 1-5 (with 1=EXACTLY how the character looks in-game, and 5="Please, HPS artist: completely reimagine my character's look for me!"), how would you like your character's look rendered?

-Would you like a WIP Update posted on our Status Page?

-Every HPS Portrait Package comes with an 11x17" Print Resolution copy, an 8x10" Web Resolution copy, and your choice of Forum Icon. Please specify how you want your package executed:
