The Campaign For Paradise Lost (Eden)

As you probably can't see, the world at the moment is in a state of disrepair, and it's all our fault.

We as a race have become the embodiment of true evil, because evil is hurting something whilst fully knowing that you're hurting it, and not caring. We know what we're doing, we've been told about Global Warming and other issues in schools for at least two generations, but we keep choosing to ignore it and even try and pretend it's not happening.

This evil isn't even limited to our rape of the environment, it's also within the walls of our human society, look at cigarette companies, they continue to sell that shit to people even though they know what it does. They just don't care.

You see, we've lost our humanity. A long time ago when we developed language we decided that the word "humane" would mean being nice to things, looking after something else's best interest. Having a CONSCIENCE. But now we as a race don't have that, not only do we just not care about anything, we actively try to destroy things.

"it has become clear that our technology has surpassed our humanity" - Albert Einstein"

I saw a broadcast (not an advert) on Channel 4 the other day, which showed that the first people to fully comprehend what we as a race have become, were the people who built the atom bomb. They used a part of this quote from J.R.Oppenheimer to do this.

"We knew the world could not be the same. A few people laughed, a few people cried. Most people were silent. I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad Gita: "I am became Death, the destroyers of worlds." I suppose we all thought that, one way or another."

They realized this when the atomic bombs exploded over Japan in 1945.

Here in 2005 the more enlightened among us have already expanded the sentiment of that quote to cover the whole of humanity. WE've become the destroyer of worlds. The two most notable of which are the physical world Earth, and our metaphysical world the Soul. We've destroyed them.

I think the second world was probably destroyed because it was too difficult to live with the horror of what we did to the first. It's easier this way, unthinking, unfeeling. Focusing on the microwanve dinners, office jobs and getting the kids to school. It saves us from truly comprehending what we've done.

This allows most people to create some false illusion of happiness in this world of bitter sorrow and empty, fallen angels.

Which is where The Campaign For Paradise Lost comes in. We're dedicated to depressing the world, so to speak. We're going to help everyone realise what they've done, what they've become and how evil we really are. And hope this epiphany doesn't drive everyone to suicide, hell if we can survive in misery with the knowledge what what we've done you should be able to.

This site has sprung from the growing anger at Humanity’s Rape of the environment, at Capitalism’s Rape of the human world, and of Fascism’s Rape of the very ideal of freedom.

We want to:

Then once everyone has regained their souls, their humanity, we want everyone to recreate Eden. We as a race are going to have to undo what we've done and make Earth the paradise it used to be, before we fucked it up.

If it's impossible to fix then we'll die trying, clawing at our lost dignity.

Look at the rest of the site. View what we know is wrong and weep and scream for a Paradise we Lost, alongside of us. Argue with us if you can find anything to argue with please, that will serve to strengthen our points by clearing off the prosaic crap and exposing the truth in all of our sentiments.

It has to be done, and it has to be done now.

I'll end with two quotes from two of the greatest philosophical minds ever, forced to be that way by circumstances we as a society created.

"The optimist thinks this is the best of all possible worlds. The pessimist fears it is true."
- J.R.Oppenheimer

"pray unto the splinters, pray unto your fear, pray your life was just a dream; the cut that never heals" - Marilyn Manson

I wish this was just a dream, I wish i'd wake up and we'd still be in Eden.

But i'm more of a pessimist..

We must win, we have to. We shall be Free.

Fight The Power,
Norm.
